for our Corporate office in Los Angeles, CA. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, your role is vital in supporting the recruitment and hiring procedures within our organization. Your responsibilities include coordinating and streamlining the various facets of talent acquisition, ensuring a seamless and effective process from beginning to end. This position reports to the TA Manager and demands exceptional organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to work collaboratively with both hiring managers and candidates. What You'll Do: Coordinate and schedule interviews, both in-person and virtual, ensuring that all parties involved are well-informed and prepared. Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for all candidates. Screen resumes and applications, conducting initial phone screens to assess candidates' qualifications and fit. Assist in the creation and posting of job postings on various job boards and social media platforms. Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires. Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Maintain regular communication with hiring managers, providing updates on the status of candidates and the overall recruitment process. Coordinate and participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the organization and attract potential candidates. Assist in the creation and maintenance of job descriptions and interview guides. Conduct research and stay up to date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and recruitment tools and technologies. Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:

2+ years’ experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or a related role. Knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices. Familiarity with social media platforms and their use in recruitment efforts. Understanding of employment laws and regulations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Professionalism and discretion in dealing with confidential information. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data management. Salary Range: $25.00 to $32.00 an hour USD (subject to relevant experience).
