What will you be doing in this role?

  • Conducting functional tests following company policies:
    • Interviewing candidates.
    • Measuring vital signs like pulse, temperature, and blood pressure accurately.
  • Guiding candidates through functional testing exams and recording the results accurately.
  • Working with staff to resolve any issues that may affect functional testing.
  • Entering all relevant information, including biometric data, into the electronic medical record (EMR) to maintain clinic and candidate records.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Our ideal candidate will have:
  • A background in Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Health & Wellness, Pre-employment testing, Functional Medical Testing, or another related field
  • CPR/AED certification or the ability to obtain it prior to the start of employment; maintain and provide proof of current certification(s)
  • The ability to stand, walk, and sit throughout the entire assigned shift
  • A high degree of professionalism in both written and verbal communication
  • The ability to work both independently and in a team environment, without constant supervision
  • Be able to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with databases and with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
