On Site Customer Service Representative

Hunter Hamilton is partnering with a large retail corporate office in Pittsburgh They are in need of a Customer Service Representative to work on site at their office near the Pittsburgh International Airport to assist during the holiday rush. This is a temporary opportunity starting November 18th and lasting through the first week of January. The CSR does work on site full time during this entire period 8-5pm ET Monday through Friday. The Customer Service Representative is an essential, frontline role that connects our Brands and Services to our customers. The Representative provides quality customer service by delivering many aspects of the experience including; assisting with placing orders, offering a deep knowledge of products, services, promotions and delivers many aspects of the experience. It is the responsibility of the Customer Service Representative to build a connection with customers, own any issue to the point of resolution and maintain Brand Loyalty. 1+ years of general customer service or administrative skills is ideal.
o Responsible for issuing gift cards to customers and sending via mail.
o Investigate gift card related issues and do balance transfers to physical cards.
o Must be in office Monday- Friday 8 am - 5pm for this work
