Qualifications:

-BS Mechanical Engineering degree with 3+ years experience in maintenance/ reliability engineering of rotating and fixed equipment in chemical, refinery, pulp & paper, or related PSM plants.

Responsibilities:

-Grow reliability operation engaging all levels of the organization

-Investigate equipment problems and recommend design modifications to improve reliability, productivity, and safety

-Conduct failure analysis to determine root causes and recommend improvements in design, administrative, or predictive/preventive maintenance measures

-Manage corrective actions generated from Root Cause Failure Analyses (RCFAs)

-Participate in the site's Mechanical Integrity and Process Safety Management program

-Support team and develop action plans to address reliability issues

-Analyze equipment and production history data to identify and prioritize areas for reliability improvements

-Develop and issue recommendation memos for key stakeholders

-Manage the End-of-Life document and manage the Plant Vulnerabilities list
