The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategies to streamline admissions, transfers, and discharges, reducing wait times and length of stay. This role requires a strong clinical background combined with expertise in healthcare operations and process improvement. Master's in business, Healthcare, or Public Health Administration, preferred. LEAN certification, a plus.
