Position Overview: The Workday HCM Business Analyst will act as a liaison between functional and technical groups, supporting the development and implementation of enhancements to the existing Workday system. This role involves evaluating new developments, recommending system alternatives, preparing communications, and presenting on system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Management and Support:

    • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement and maintain Workday HCM software.
    • Manage and support HR technology systems and tools to enhance efficiency, data integrity, and user experience.
  • Business Analysis and Liaison:

    • Act as a liaison between functional and technical groups for the development and enhancement of the Workday system.
    • Evaluate new developments and evolving business requirements, recommending appropriate system alternatives or enhancements.
    • Prepare communications and presentations on system enhancements and alternatives.
  • Coordination and Compliance:

    • Work with various partners to coordinate and audit colleague and configuration data attributes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with changing business needs.
    • Review system configuration to ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • HR Technology Expertise:

    • Apply in-depth knowledge of HR technology to translate and document non-technical requirements.
    • Analyze complex business solutions to identify process gaps and offer solutions to improve efficiency and business performance through automated systems or business process changes.
  • Collaboration and Project Management:

    • Collaborate with other senior analysts, HR managers, and third-party service providers to ensure accuracy and timeliness of various related activities.
    • Contribute to or lead multiple HR projects at varying stages of completion, driving the success of HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

•Collaborate with other Sr. Analysts, HR Managers and third-party service provider to ensure accuracy and timeliness of various related activities
•Contributes to or leads multiple HR projects, at varying stages of completion, ultimately driving the success of HR initiatives.
