Introduction

Our Customer Service Representatives help our customers when they have questions about their policies absolutely no sales involved

  • This is an In-Office position which is located at 8430 Enterprise Cir, Lakewood Ranch, FL 34202

What will I be doing?

Working Monday to Friday no weekends Doing an 8 hour shift at a time between the hours of 8am and 6pm no evenings or night shifts either

Youll be answering the phone and emails from our customers when they have questions issues around their insurance policies.

This isnt your typical call center job, as you might need to investigate issues and research problems to make sure our customers questions are answered correctly and meet a successful and accurate resolution. This of course may mean you need to follow up once you have all the information you need.

In every interaction youll demonstrate outstanding listening skills while providing excellent customer service. Youll be patient, show empathy which will further promote our reputation of integrity.

Qualifications:

As a minimum requirement youll need:

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • The ability to type well and use a computer

It would be nice if you also had:

  • It would be great if you had a 4-40 insurance license, but dont worry if you dont have one, well give you all the training and support you need to earn your license, and do a fantastic job.
  • The ability to use Microsoft software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
  • The ability to take complex information and explain it in simple terms either in writing or over the phone or chat
  • An eye for detail
