Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Policy Support: Assist clients with policy-related questions, changes, and updates to their insurance coverage.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update client information in the company database.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies in all customer interactions.

Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns or issues to uphold customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to meet customer needs and achieve company goals.


Requirements

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.

Customer Focus: A strong commitment to meeting customer needs and exceeding expectations.

Attention to Detail: Ability to handle complex information accurately and provide precise solutions to customers.

Problem-Solving Skills: Capacity to analyze situations, identify issues, and offer appropriate solutions in a timely manner.

Team Orientation: Willingness to collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

Insurance Knowledge: Basic understanding of insurance products and services is a plus, but not required.

License: 440, 2044 or 220 is a plus, but not required
