Minimum 5-8 years of retail/digital banking experience, and exposure to banking systems, products, operations, processes

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline

Experience of having direct responsibility for project with budget size of up to $5 million

Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II Certification is preferred

Familiar with change management processes and project management fundamentals

Other Experience/Skills:

Executive level communication skills with excellent written and verbal communication

Experience in full end-to-end project management

Understanding of technology and operational processes across functions in the bank

Technical domain expertise is an advantage, but at minimum is tech-savvy
