Peregrine Team is hiring for a Patient Experience Specialist in Newport Beach, CA. This position is a full-time, contract to hire role with full benefits and competitive pay. Pay: $35-55/hour (depending on experience) Position Summary Under the direction of the Manager of Experience (HX) and in close collaboration with the HX team, the Experience Administrative Coordinator serves as a liaison and subject matter expert within the HX team, unit and department leadership, physicians, employees, and patients. The candidate serves as a vital influencer, “agent of change”, and support in the continuous deployment of the “Own It” mindset in elevating the experience. The candidate performs detailed coordination and technical work related to current and future departmental and organizational project initiatives related to change management, patient and employee feedback data system administration, process & experience design: Assure exceptional patient and employee experiences are attained through devising, implementing, and monitoring HX strategies. Sustain shared accountability to achieve and recognize such purposes, with respect to established change management strategies. Provide administrative support in establishing and sustaining improvement priorities: monitoring and evaluating the efficacy and efficiencies of organizational patient and employee experience activities, while assuring compliance to regulatory and/or accreditation standards. Contribute to multidisciplinary teams through a deliberate process to create improvement initiatives, while guiding their respective areas through implementation of change processes. Assist with the development and implementation of programs and initiatives to increase patient & employee engagement and satisfaction, including enterprise CAHPS initiatives. Key Responsibilities Include : Collaborate with departmental leadership to ensure that patient and employee experience data is accessible, comprehendible, and leveraged to improve patient care and service to our patients and care teams. Project management. Setting up surveys, data, and data requests - Preferred to have experience in using: Press Ganey, Faultrix, Qualtrics. Serve as a resource in generating and/or obtaining ad-hoc and cadenced reports for various stakeholders across the enterprise. These reports would include trend analysis of KPIs, key driver analysis, and other metrics that assist executives, department leaders, physician leaders, and department-based teams to execute their patient experience improvement initiatives. Prepare documents containing patient and employee experience data and insights for presentations at all levels of the organization. Assist in the redesign and restructure of the Experience Ambassador program, [insert other future departmental prospects]. Maintain professional growth and development by remaining current with industry trends and updates, actively participating in professional workshops, and keeping up professional affiliations to maintain certification/licensure, and/or stay adept of the latest trends in the field of care experience.
