Job Description

The CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST plays a vital role in ensuring our customers have an unforgettable shopping experience. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing personalized service and support to customers, answering questions and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Upselling and cross-selling products to customers, based on their needs and preferences.
  • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and price points.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals and create a positive store environment.
  • Processing transactions accurately and efficiently, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • A strong desire to learn and grow with our company, with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
  • The ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills.
Salary Range

The hourly salary range for this position is $16.00-$18.04 per hour, depending on experience.
