Our Ideal Marketing Manager:

Experienced: 5+ years of marketing experience. Broad marketing experience in graphic design, websites, photography, content writing, and photo editing would be a plus. Computer Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Suite and PowerPoint; Knowledge and experience with WordPress and Graphic Design software is a plus. Excellent Communication: Can communicate across different mediums. Ability to collaborate with our sales team and marketing agency to pursue company goals. Skills in graphic design, photography, or videography are a plus. Self-motivated: Assesses the work required, has the initiative to get started and drives tasks to completion. Organized: Ability to handle multiple projects, social media platforms, and office tasks, giving everything the attention it needs to meet deadlines. Positive Attitude: We are looking for someone who is friendly, has a can-do attitude, and is a good team player. Analytical: Strategic, innovative, and creative with solid business acumen. Open-Minded: Willing to listen to other ideas and opinions. Able to change your perspective and do things differently; coachable and humble. Professional: Must have a clean-cut appearance when dealing directly with customers and maintain a neat and organized workspace.
