The Customer Marketing Manager, Beverage Category plays a pivotal role in collaborating with customers, sales, and technical teams to drive growth in targeted segments. Key competencies include effective communication and storytelling, strategy development and execution, and applied analytical and creative capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage high-value customer engagements, leading execution through cross-functional collaboration.
  • As a leader within the Beverage Category, support the strategy development and roll-out within targeted segments.
  • Conduct market, trend, and customer analysis to support customer prioritization.
  • Translate MANE's competencies into compelling value propositions for business and customers.
  • Identify market opportunities, develop actionable plans for growth, and present growth platforms to collaborative MANE teams.
  • Provide customer marketing support on global and national account cross-functional teams.
  • Partner across the commercial teams to develop and present solutions for existing and new customers, fostering profitable growth.
  • Create and co-manage flavor collection programs and proactive customer engagement tools.
  • Plan, manage, and attend relevant trade shows to showcase MANE's capabilities and understand industry trends.
  • Stay informed about competitor activities and recommend actions to maintain leadership advantage.
  • Travel expectation: 30%

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business; Management (MBA a plus).
  • Minimum 8 years of marketing experience.
  • Proficient in marketing research and creating compelling presentations (PowerPoint, Canva).
  • Experience in analyzing research and translating insights.
  • Proven track record in creative project management within a cross-functional environment.
  • Flavor, seasoning, beverages and/or food ingredient B2B industry experience
