The Marketing Specialist plays a vital role in creating and designing customer and consumer-facing content across both business models. This role is responsible for maintaining APR Supply Co. and partner brands by developing cutting-edge marketing campaigns using the latest digital media and tools. The ideal candidate will have around five years' experience in a similar role, but we welcome applications from passionate marketers with diverse backgrounds. What You'll Do
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy
- Define most important social media KPIs
- Manage and oversee social media content
- Measure the success of social media campaigns
- Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
- Use social media marketing tools (Sprout Social)
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
- Content Development
- Ensure content is informative and appealing and message is consistent across all channels
- Decide on appropriate placement of ads
- Determine what content will reach customers
- Publish digital marketing content online
- Implement email marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Content Manager
- Video/Photography concept, development and editing
- Perform market research and strategize with teammates and other marketing professionals to create content and aid in the success of marketing campaigns
- Research competitors to correctly proclaim our value proposition
- Watch for data that shows changing trends in advertising consumption and ensure that APR customers and prospects are consuming and acting on our messaging
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Work with third party suppliers to ensure optimization success
- Collaborate with multiple teams within the company
Required for Success
- Excellent knowledge of social and search engine platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok, Google
- Proven understanding of and ability to implement SEO, web traffic metrics, and SEM
- Experience conducting audience and buyer persona research and audience building
- Good understanding of social media KPIs and social media Marketing
- Familiarity with web design and content management systems, WordPress experience preferred
- Marketing automation and technology adept, Salesforce, Pardot, Constant Contact or similar experience preferred
- Proficient using Microsoft Office software and Adobe Creative Suite
- Copywriting and editing
- Data analysis and conversion rate optimization
- Excellent multitasking and time-management skills
- Team player with great leadership skills
- Critical thinker with solid problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Degree in Marketing required with relevant digital work experience
