Position Title: Sales and Service Coordinator – TML Commercial Services Reports To: Branch Manager Status :Full-time, Regular position Category : Office Location Name : TML Commercial Services Location Address : 120 E. 40th Street, Garden City, ID Position Summary: As a Sales and Service Coordinator, you will work with our national sub-contractor network as well as our local self-perform customers by assigning work to those sub-contractors and coordinating schedule dates with our customers. This position is critical to our success and will require strong administrative and communication skills. Also important with this position, is the ability to execute day to day tasks that will allow for delivery of outstanding service to our clients while meeting realistic margin and revenue expectations. This position requires flexible hours and overtime as needed as well as a fast paced and solution minded individual. Key Responsibilities: Schedule and dispatch technicians directly and indirectly according to client specifications and requests Arrange for necessary repairs in order to restore service and comfort to clients Communicate and relay information from technicians in the field to clients in real-time Prepare and monitor daily work lists Create work orders through our software and monitor through to completion Take incoming calls from clients and technicians in the field documenting service repair completion details Monitor electronic mailboxes for new service calls, requests for updates, and system generated messages Operate in multiple software applications both internal and client driven Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships Create and present proposals for quoted work to client Desired Skills and Qualifications: Outstanding customer service and relationship building skills Proven dispatch, call center or other relevant experience Experience in delivering client focused solutions based on customer needs Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details Excellent listening, negotiation and communication skills Why You Should Join the TML Commercial Services Team?
