What are we looking for? As part of our growth plans in the US, we’re in need of an experienced Business Development Manager to seize the current market opportunities and drive new Programmatic initiatives and solutions for businesses across the US. We are seeking a highly experienced and business-minded sales professional to identify, grow, and nurture new advertising relationships within brand organisations, from marketing heads to CMO. The ideal candidate should have proven record of accomplishment in delivering results and building relationship within the Programmatic space.

Responsibilities Research and identify new programmatic trends and business opportunities. Develop and maintain sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and leveraging on existing network. Managing the end-to-end new client set up and establishment across a portfolio of clients. Facilitating the development of new prospects by effectively conveying to clients the value that our agency can provide through a variety of programmatic channels and strategies. An expert on our solutions, services, and conveying of our agency's programmatic planning and activation differentiators. Thorough understanding of our key USPs to demonstrate the value we can add in a story driven discussion to educate, upsell and address clients marketing and business challenges utilising programmatic media and analytics. Owning client relationships and working with the Client Services team to partner on the identification and closing of existing client up-sell opportunities, owning new revenue targets. Understand FYND Media’s competitive differentiators and the digital landscape and the role of programmatic media to develop successful strategic communication and engage clients with a consultative selling approach. Actively use CRM tools and provide accurate sales reports to effectively manage the sales process. Collaborate closely with the regional and global Strategy, Account, Finance, and Legal teams.

Qualifications 3-4 years of proven Business Development or Sales experience in the programmatic space ideally from an agency background or at an independent programmatic tech solution provider. Excellent written and verbal communication in English, another language would be a plus. Self-starter – able to tackle new clients or territories with little mentoring. Proven track record of exceeding revenue expectations. Experience in managing longer sales cycles. Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams. Ability to negotiate, create tailored solution for each client and close deals. Experience working in programmatic media, technology, advertising companies, or advertising related businesses would be a plus. Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to work independently and as part of an integrated team. Winning mentality, self-motivated, positive attitude.
