Your best life awaits.Our Newest Opportunity: The Associate Account Manager (AAM) works closely and collaboratively with the internal Benefits Consultants and/or Client Executives and service team to ensure both new business and renewal service deliverables meet and exceed client expectations.Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):Works closely with Benefits Consultants and/or Client Executives to manage the entire renewal processGenerate RFPs, market benefits to competing insurers, and follow up/collect bidsAnalyze bids received and generate renewal/new sales proposalsComplete new business & renewal paperwork with clientsSubmit and follow-up on new business & renewal submissions to insurersUpdate Benefit Guides & provide clients with annual renewal compliance itemsAssists clients with 5500 form filings, as applicableAssist with building and managing of Benefit portalsClosing out renewals in CRM/D365 systemAssists with employee open enrollment presentationsQualifications, Skills and Requirements:Strong attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and WordFamiliar with database applicationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to build strong lasting relationshipsStrong organizational skillsMust be self-motivated and disciplinedAbility to thrive in fast-paced environmentEducation, Training and Experience:Prior experience in group benefits, preferred but not requiredThorough knowledge of health and ancillary products; preferred but not requiredWorking knowledge of all Microsoft Office products; requiredFamiliarity and practical knowledge of quoting process and tools; preferred but not requiredExperience with database applications, preferred but not requiredYour base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location.
