Job Description

As an Account Supervisor at LSG Sky Chefs, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating and nurturing relationships with key airline clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Main Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain excellent relationships with assigned airline clients, acting as a liaison between the client, the airline, and the Key Account Manager.
  • Service Delivery: Ensure accurate billing and provisioning to the airline, maintaining daily par levels and inventory control in accordance with customer standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure compliance with customer specifications and equipment, policies, and procedures (Food & Drug Administration (FDA), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) etc.) in cooperation with the responsible Quality Manager.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Coordinate and participate in all client evaluations, distributing evaluation feedback to department managers and ensuring a timely response.
  • Team Leadership: Guide, motivate, and develop subordinate employees within the Human Resources Policy, participating in coaching the expanded Global Performance System (GPS) process.
  • Cost Management: Plan, implement, and control the cost budget in the area of responsibility, initiating and steering corrective actions in case of deviations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Experience: One to three years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Strong presentation, communication, training, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrable record of understanding and meeting customer expectations.
  • Technical Skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications.
