Responsible for client event approval, ensuring all payments are collected in a timely manner and all contract details are adhered to. Contribute to event goal setting and forecasting with the sales team. Recruit, select, develop, and lead Coordinator and/or operations staff as assigned. Keep current on event and industry trends, providing a variety of options and facilitating an optimal experience. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in event coordination or a related field. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Experience supervising others and leading a team. Excellent customer skills. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
