1. Start off as a manager in training handling clients from our 40,000 union contracts.

Efficiently scheduling appointments to gain insights to potential clients financial resources and insurance requirements. Customize benefit plans for clients Enroll niche market clients into exclusive benefit programs Foster outstanding customer service by providing ongoing support and assistance to clients 2. Supervisor Role- leading 3-5 individuals that are working with clients on a day to day basis.

Supervising and leading individuals to schedule efficient appointments Manage benefits for union and association members Field train and help them develop skills of communication, sales and organization Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation Collaborate effectively with team members Mentor and coach on how to move upward in the company 3. Mid Level Management

Handling day to day operations Client relations- Foster relationships with existing and new clients Hiring and firing -staffing procedures Recruiting and developing new leaders Independently resolve routine and complex business issues Requirements:
