As a Human Resources Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving HR projects and initiatives that support their strategic objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure the successful implementation of HR programs.

Human Resources Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to develop project plans and timelines
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope
  • Monitor project progress and identify risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed
  • Prepare and present project updates to senior leadership
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Human Resources Project Manager Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in HR project management, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
