HR Business Partner II,

you will provide thought leadership, strategic consultation, coaching, and support to drive talent strategies and champion our unique culture with leaders and leadership teams. You will focus on identifying and implementing strategic talent solutions in support of evolving business needs, ensuring that the overall organization and culture are designed around strategic talent growth with a heavy focus on talent development, succession planning and a culture of inclusion. You will collaborate with and leverage HR’s Centers of Expertise (COEs) and HR Operations Support Center for business solutions, to guide the acquisition, development, engagement, and retention of TJX corporate Associates within your assigned client organization(s). This position has a starting salary range of $90,200 to $115,200 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
