Requirements of the

Business Planning Analyst

: College degree, preferably in business, economics, statistics, or related fields Experience in demand planning or supply planning, supply chain management, and financial analysis is desired Knowledge of SAP IBP and BI tools desired Strong MS Excel skills Able to observe patterns and trends n data, determining root cause and drawing conclusions from analysis Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills Positive and proactive nature with an ability to multi-task Accountable and mature work-ethic

Responsibilities of the

Business Planning Analyst

: Support organizational decision-making in the areas of business planning, ERP system navigation, budgeting and analysis Ensure demand and supply assurance of assigned portfolio of products Analyze historical data to improve forecast accuracy Drive monthly S&OP process Monitor KPIs and prepare monthly KPI reports Root cause analysis of inventory drivers and deviations vs targets Identify and resolve discrepancies in forecast, actuals, inventory, and cost Address questions from leadership team related to supply issues and resolution plans Collaborate with various departments to monitor sales contracts, purchase contracts, and inventory management Other duties as assigned

Employment Type: Temp-hire or direct hire Schedule:

Monday – Friday from 9:00am – 6:00pm
