Customer Service Representative

Administrative Support Specialist Location: Corporate Office Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch) Work Environment: Business professional attire in a corporate setting Qualifications Minimum of 6 months of recent experience in office, administrative, or sales support. High attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). High School Diploma or equivalent required. Familiarity with basic Excel functions and general Microsoft Suite tools. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve discrepancies. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Self-starter who thrives in a team-oriented setting. Responsibilities Process registration renewals through electronic transfer, online terminal, or mail, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Assist the mail department with preparing and sending renewal notices to clients. Verify registration and service fees to ensure accurate client billing. Reconcile discrepancies using data from internal databases and vendor reports. Maintain compliance with jurisdiction requirements to keep vehicles legal for client use. Contact drivers or clients to complete additional requirements (e.g., emissions checks, resolving violations). Collaborate with other departments to fulfill missing or late requirements. Why Join Us? Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Schaumburg, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
