As a CSR (customer sales representative), the goal is to assist and help resolve all customer needs as quickly and accurately as possible.ResponsibilitiesAnswer all incoming concerns/needs from all customersKey pick-up request, Handle transportation/routing on delivery questionsProcess will-call ordersProvide customers with invoice copies.Process creditsMaintaining Call listMonitor orders before the cut-offCommunicate regularly with the AE (account executives) and customers.Manage the same-day deliveries for OPCO (operating company)Perform other duties as directed by Supervisor.QualificationsEducationHigh school diploma or equivalent.Experience1 year prior outside foodservice sales coordination or customer support experiencePreferred: Previous call center experienceProfessional SkillsStrong telephone communication skillsAble to work in a fast pace environmentAbility to sit and work at a PC for extended periodsProficient in MS OfficeOverviewSysco is the global leader in foodservice distribution.
