We are looking for a guest service oriented Front Desk Supervisor to join our team If you have at least one year of full service/luxury leadership experience, we would love to meet you

Duties Include:

The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service. This role involves coordinating training for new hires and ongoing development for all team members, while consistently upholding brand standards. Key duties include managing guest registration, issuing room keys, providing information, processing payments, and handling room change requests. The supervisor also steps in as the Manager on Duty when needed, assists with resolving guest issues, and assigns daily tasks to Guest Service Agents, monitoring performance and adherence to procedures. Additionally, they work with the Front Office Manager to execute room upgrade programs and brand initiatives through Marriott Bonvoy.

Location: The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa - Avon, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $25/ hour

Schedule: Varies, must be available to work holidays and weekends.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least one year of full service/luxury leadership experience required.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in guest contact and problem resolution skills.
  • Experience with Marriott and/ or Westin Brand desired.
  • Must be very detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
