Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management, with at least 2 years in a corporate environment preferred. Experience in the property management industry is highly preferred. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices. Basic understanding of SEO and Google Analytics. Familiarity with Yardi systems is preferred, but not required. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Attributes: Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proactive and eager to learn with the ability to work independently.
