We are actively seeking a Civil Project Manager to join our dedicated team of professionals in York, PA . As a Civil Project Manager , key responsibilities include: • Managing civil/municipal/water resources projects • Preparing project designs and reports • Preparing and administering construction contracts • Managing financial resources and project profitability Requirements • Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering • Pennsylvania Professional Engineering license • Minimum 5 years' experience in civil, municipal and water resources engineering to include: o Municipal representation o Storm water o Roads o Utilities o Construction administration o Ordinance and plan review o PENNDOT permits o Grant applications o Project presentations o Specification writing o Meeting facilitation • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, computerized project management systems such as Deltek Vision, and storm water related software • Client-focused leader and team player possessing strong communication, planning and organizational skills • Requires travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices • Has the legal right to work in the U.S. Life at HRG Are you a creative problem solver who wants to make a difference in people's everyday lives?
