strategic account manager

to engage and grow business at top cloud accounts targeting enterprise switching opportunities. This is a sales hunting role will require creating, building and delivering results with the largest cloud accounts. The candidate should be a self-starter and have a track record of growing new engagements at cloud customers. Responsibilities: Drive and exceed sales objectives and quotas at assigned accounts Build engagements with director and C-Level contacts and generate new opportunities Understand cloud market requirements and insights for new business opportunities Invest time into establishing the Micas brand and offering with target accounts Create account plans and collaborate with marketing teams on strategy/ growth initiatives and for building long-term customer relationships Plan and execute marketing events, lunch-n-learns, and trade-show participation with focused accounts Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on best known methods and strategies

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or computer science related field with 5+ years of experience Experience calling on enterprise or cloud accounts with understanding of Data Center networking requirements Account contacts and networked at leading cloud accounts Ability and mindset to work in a start-up environment Track record of exceeding sales targets and objectives Strong creative, self-starting and positive attitude attributes Ability to travel and spend time at the customer Passion for adventure
