We have become a world leader for Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) solutions in public transportation and everything we do is based on our credo to be the most innovative, reliable, and sustainable supplier of ITS solutions.Responsibilities:Administrative SupportAssist the Marketing team with administrative tasks, records management, social media, research, reporting, and other marketing-related duties.Social MediaTake full responsibility for all social media including development of content, scheduling posts, creating videos. Must be familiar with Canva and Hootsuite for social media management.ReportingMonthly report on user engagement across social channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Constant Contact, Spotify, Vimeo, company website) and online advertising click-through rates; record all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Event SupportHelp with print jobs, purchase orders, material orders, vendor communication, swag orders, product research, and other event-related tasks.Customer DatabaseUpdate and maintain the Salesforce database with customer information including emails, addresses, job status, email preferences, subscription requests and inquiries.Company AssetsUpdate PowerPoint presentations, data sheets, and company assets as needed. Occasionally create sales presentations with provided information.WebsiteManage website (TYPO3) adding blogs, events, webinars, and press releases or other articles. Maintain and update online content regularly.Essential Skills and Experience:Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, TEAMS) and social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram).Skilled in graphic and social media tools (Canva, Bit.ly, Bitable, Hootsuite).Familiarity with Salesforce or ability to learn quickly.Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving abilities.Team player.About INIT:INIT provides sophisticated Intelligent Transportation Systems for Public Transit Authorities, including Fleet Management, Real-time Passenger Information, and Fare Collection Solutions.
