Responsibilities

Proficiency in order management systems, preferably IQMS, and other relevant software applications

Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and proactively address potential issues

As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer satisfaction from order entry through production

Customer Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact between internal departments and customers

You will be responsible for keeping all departments informed, meeting timelines, and delivering on promises

Communication Management: Maintain a detailed communication log documenting all interactions with customers

This log will serve as a crucial reference point for tracking progress and ensuring transparency in all communications

Order Management: Review the open order report daily to identify any potential issues or delays

Follow up with relevant departments to address these issues promptly and ensure orders progress smoothly through the production process

Your attention to detail in this process will be vital to maintaining accurate records and facilitating efficient production scheduling

Plant Administration: Work with planner and production to ensure customer programs are being manufactured on time

Assist customers with inquiries, resolve any issues or concerns they may have, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure their needs are met satisfactorily

Your involvement in these areas will help ensure accurate and timely responses to customer requests and optimal utilization of production resources

Contract Review: Participate in contract reviews to ensure a thorough understanding of the promises made to customers

By aligning internal processes with contractual obligations, you will help uphold our commitments and maintain strong relationships with our customers
