Flexible / Operations / Full-time Oliver Space is looking for an Inventory & Supply Chain Analyst to help manage our inventory projections, demand planning, and supply chain analytics as we expand our footprint across the US. You will own inventory projections, stock level rebalancing and distribution, and inventory performance-related optimizations across our business. This role will partner closely with both our international supply chain teams, growth team and finance team to ensure our overall supply chain is not only efficient but evolves with the growth of the business landscape and navigates a challenging global environment. The ideal candidate is not only passionate about data analysis and inventory management, but also is excited to innovate on our supply chain structure and change the status quo. + Own and manage the quarterly inventory forecasting process by building or working on existing models to analyze category, SKU, and city level demand and suggest purchasing quantities

+ Partner with Growth team and Finance teams to monitor and keep track of topline business assumptions and metrics (i.e. revenue targets, order targets, marketing spend) in order to inform our overall inventory strategy

+ Understand each cities inventory position and initiate rebalancing work to optimize stock level among all cities

+ Support new city launch inventory decisions by analyzing historical data from existing city and catalog performance

+ Create and maintain inventory dashboards to visualize our inventory status and keep track of SKU level performance, including developing hypotheses to test

+ Periodically perform supply chain and freight market analysis to understand strategic moves

+ Understand opportunities to optimize and reduce cost across our supply chain

+ Conduct reconciliation and inventory cost allocation work with the Accounting and Finance teams

**What we're looking for**

+ 2-3 years supply chain or retail planning experience in a professional environment working with manufacturing partners or inside a retail inventory planning environment

+ Strong data & analytical skills. Experienced in building models, running forecasting, and creating projection tools. The data matters, however articulating hypotheses, communicating and innovating is equally important

+ Proactive communication. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across diverse multi-functional teams

+ Solid operational skills. Always detail-oriented and demonstrating innovative problem solving and prioritization skills

+ Curiosity to understand all aspects of the business. Our customers behavior, our catalog, and how the supply chain operates should all inform the analysis

+ Sound understanding of database structures and familiarity with SQL and Excel is considered a required technical skill, working knowledge of python is a bonus

New York or San Francisco-based is preferred, this role is open to remote work.
