As the Royalty Accounting Analyst (Temp), will play a crucial role in enhancing our royalty accounting processes. Your primary responsibility will be to research and analyze current procedures, identify inefficiencies, and contribute to the streamlining of processes for ongoing royalty accounting projects. You will work closely with the Senior Manager of Royalty Accounting to support and implement updates to royalty accounting processes.

Responsibilities:

What you'll do:

  • Analyze financial data to derive actionable insights for optimizing royalty accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Review and validate reports from various sources, and effectively communicate your findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in the design, development, and implementation of new or revised processes related to royalty accounting.
  • Develop detailed process maps and documentation for new or updated processes to ensure clarity and consistency.


Qualifications:

What you'll need:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make recommendations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
  • Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • A strong work ethic, including the ability to work?independently, take the initiative and follow-up on issues and questions?
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Prior experience in the music industry is preferred but not required.
  • Alignment with and support for the Companys core values.

*This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days minimum on-site.
