  • Do you have 1-3 years of IT experience?
  • Are you able to work 6pm-6am?
  • Can you diagnose basic software or hardware issues to resolve problems?
  • Can you set up equipment for employee use performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software?
  • Can you answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems?
  • Do you have a strong customer service orientation?
  • Do you want to join an IT department that is in major growth-mode?
