Key Responsibilities: Conduct site layout and surveying to determine optimal design parameters. Develop innovative and efficient paving and grading designs. Design and oversee water distribution and wastewater collection systems. Implement effective stormwater management strategies. Ensure successful erosion and sedimentation control measures. Collaborate with a wide range of private and public clients to meet their engineering needs. Desired Qualifications: Experience in all phases of construction projects, from initial design through construction administration. Proficiency in tasks such as design development, permitting, plan and specification preparation, cost estimation, and bidding processes. Ability to adeptly negotiate change orders and approve contractor pay requests. Knowledge of Department of Defense practices and procedures is a plus. Requirements: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in making informed, independent, and professional decisions. Bachelor's degree or higher in civil engineering from an accredited university. A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in civil engineering.
