Key Responsibilities
In the role of Senior Project Manager, you will oversee project teams tasked with developing land use plans for various sectors, including commercial, institutional, and energy clients. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Managing project execution and ensuring quality control.
- Engaging with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Budgeting and financial oversight of projects.
- Mentoring and supervising junior engineers, providing guidance on design elements such as site layouts, grading plans, and stormwater management.
- Facilitating interactions with contractors and local government representatives to ensure project compliance and success.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in the Land Development Sector.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- A Professional Engineering License (P.E.) in South Carolina.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to mentor and develop junior staff.
- Expertise in reviewing civil engineering deliverables and preparing project proposals.
- Established connections within the land development industry.
- Strong networking skills to foster client relationships and business development.
