Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent, exceptional interpersonal skills, is self-starting, and has a proven track record of managing and developing influencers, artists, or other creators in the social media landscape. As a Talent Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying and nurturing talent, negotiating contracts, and guiding our clients to achieve their career goals. Key Responsibilities: Scout and identify emerging talent through various social media channels such YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and industry events. Build and maintain a network of industry contacts to stay informed about potential talent. Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their career goals and aspirations. Provide personalized career advice, guidance, and support to help clients achieve their objectives. Negotiate contracts, endorsements, and other business opportunities on behalf of clients. Career Development: Create and implement strategic plans to help your talent grow their social media accounts Monitor industry trends and opportunities to keep clients informed and competitive. Administrative and Financial Management: Manage client schedules, bookings, and engagements to maximize exposure and income. Ensure timely and accurate processing of contracts, payments, and other administrative tasks. Prepare and present regular reports on client progress and performance. Qualifications: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in talent management, entertainment, or a related industry. Proven track record of successfully managing and developing talent. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
