Job Function:

Recreate workflows from scratch to tune software based on customer needs

Responsible for the functional specifications of software implementations and & product enhancements

Validate proposed solution functionality for existing and new customers

Work closely with Software Engineers, other Business Analysts, Project manager, customer service, report developers and testers to come up with the best functional solution.

You will travel regularly to customer sites in the US (estimated travel 25-30% but could be higher in some periods)

Ideal experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a BA

Ability to juggle multiple projects with strict deadlines and customers simultaneously

Proven ability to quickly and continuously learn new software

Good documentation skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Analytical thinker with initiative and ability to coordinate efficiently

Can-do attitude, you are results-oriented, and think out of the box
