ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
As a potential Technical Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a talented team of professionals in support of a client in the Tallahassee, FL area. SOME RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for large-scale projects.

Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and requirements.

Work closely with development teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives.

Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.

Conduct detailed process analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.

Create comprehensive documentation, including requirement specifications, process flows, and user stories.

Participate in project planning, estimation, and tracking activities.
-
Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
-
Identify and manage risks and issues related to project requirements and scope.
-
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve analysis processes and methodologies.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in large project environments.
-
Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex technical solutions.
-
Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
-
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
-
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
-
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Proficiency in creating detailed documentation, including requirement specifications, process flows, and user stories.

Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
-
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
-
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Candidates must be U.S. Citizens.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Experience in technology or software development projects.
-
Knowledge of database management systems and data analysis.
-
Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.

Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent).

A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Compensation / Salary Range: Greentree adheres to federal, state, and local regulations. This is a Full-Time, Salary, Exempt position. The following salary range is what we reasonably expect to pay but is contingent and subject to a variety of factors, including but not limited to years of experience, education, certification(s), training, specialized skills, responsibilities, etc.
Bonuses: Greentree has an employee referral bonus, as well as employee bonuses based on employee contributions and Greentree’s yearly performance.
