Primary Duties and Responsibilities Answer all incoming calls via a queue from customers requesting estimates. Research customer information for any restrictions such as historical districts, condo associations, etc. Gather and enter customer information and schedule in-home sales appointments in Salesforce. Contacting customer and/or sales professionals regarding appointment cancellations, reschedules, etc. Call volume will fluctuate and so this position may provide administrative support for other departments. Filing, faxing, copying and other administrative tasks. Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the Leads Supervisor. Qualifications and Skills High school diploma. Preferably at least one year experience interacting with customers (i.e. retail, restaurant, service) in some capacity. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively and professionally communicate with customers, sales professionals and other team members. Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced, high-volume environment with an emphasis on data entry accuracy and timeliness. Exceptional follow-through and organizational abilities. Ability to be able to work independently or as a team. Strong computer proficiency. Physical Requirements Position is largely a sedentary role with heavy phone and computer work. Normal office hours are : Monday - Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and Saturday (rotating), 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
