This position will play a key role in analyzing data, summarizing insights, and providing program management support to enable Marketing Insight development and cross-organization collaboration. Key Responsibilities Research Hypothesis Development & Prioritization: Co-creation and individual development of strategic hypotheses problem/opportunity statements to support research prioritization framework. Define research strategy to understand the value at stake for problem solutioning or opportunity capture. Partner with research teams and data/analytics teams to develop growth strategy opportunities, investment required, and time to value realization models. Data Analysis And Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets from various sources to derive insights and identify trends. Develop reports and visualizations to communicate strategic opportunities and trade-off options. Collaborate with data teams and stakeholders to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency. Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide data-driven recommendations to support decision-making processes. Market Insights Program Support: Collaborate with the Senior Manager Marketing Insights and cross-functional teams to develop a project/program management plan to deliver insights across the organization. This includes developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure successful project execution. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed. Communicate project status, progress, and updates to stakeholders and senior leadership. Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and recommendations to support marketing insights socialization.
