Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a HR Coordinator & Corporate AP. In this dual role, you will be responsible for supporting the financial operations as well as coordinating human resources functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both accounting and human resources management, demonstrating versatility, professionalism, and a proactive approach to handling responsibilities across these critical areas.

Human Resources Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Administer employee benefits programs and handle employee inquiries related to benefits.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR regulations.
- Coordinate employee performance reviews and support employee development initiatives.
- Handle employee relations matters and resolve conflicts as needed.
- Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate HR-related training sessions for employees and managers.
- Receive and organize supplier invoices.
- Accurately input supplier invoice data into ERP system including GL codes.
- Manage supplier invoice due dates.
- Create new vendor records.
- Assist with AP related inquiries as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company objectives.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and HR best practices.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote company culture initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in accounting and/or human resources roles.
- Proficiency in HR practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
