Hiring for Customer Service Representative in West Des Moines, IA(Hybrid)
Pay Rate: $19.37/hr
Responsiblities:
- This position will be handling a combination of 100-150 inbound and outbound calls a day.
- The representative will walk the customer through the application with the assistance of a script and then put them on hold to give the Home Mortgage Consultant a summary of their call before transferring them over.
- The representatives will occasionally need to transfer calls that to other departments when a customer calls the wrong line and do so with a positive attitude.
- Inbound and Outbound calls. Banking or Financial Experience.
There is available for relocation.
