This role must be carried out delicately by someone who has incredible customer service skills, excellent phone etiquette, and previous experience managing a team. Exercising empathy with our patients is of utmost importance while speaking to them over the phone. Responsibilities The Pharmacy Technician is responsible for reaching out to our patients and assisting/reminding them in obtaining refills on their medications from their respective pharmacy, whether it be retail, independent or mail order pharmacy. The Pharmacy Technician will coordinate with care teams if they identify barriers preventing patients from receiving their refills. Other duties as assigned. What we’re looking for We’re looking for motivated, experienced candidates with: Minimum 1 year retail pharmacy experience required. Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification required. High school diploma required. Bilingual Spanish preferred (medical Spanish is a plus). Previous experience managing a team preferred.
