CineStill is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager based out of our Hollywood or Rochester office to help lead our retail relationships, expand our network of dealers, and drive sales growth across North America and beyond. This role will play a pivotal part in developing and executing sales strategies, establishing sales programs, and customer relations, while collaborating closely with the marketing team to ensure effective sales and educational materials are available to support our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective retail partners to drive sales of CineStill and partner brand products.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.
Expand CineStill's dealer network by identifying and onboarding new retail partners across North America.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials, product guides, and educational resources to support sales efforts.
Lead the development of sales programs and promotions to incentivize dealers and drive product adoption.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Manage the global sales team to align strategies and share best practices, while primarily focusing on sales growth in North America.
Create new and modify existing SOPs (standard operating procedures) to efficiently communicate how to complete tasks in an efficient and effective manner.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in retail sales and dealer management.
Strong understanding of the film photography industry and passion for analog photography.
Experience in developing and executing sales strategies, including channel development and partner relationship management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with retailers and attend industry events.
Experienced in planning, organization, and problem-solving.
