Strong leadership qualities and solid computer skills is required. This individual must be skilled in, management, operations development, policy and procedures, training, and mentor of staff. This position involves an oversight of the front reception desks at all 4 of our facilities. Previous experience in healthcare-related business required.Schedule:Work shifts will vary Monday ~ Friday (typical schedule is 8:00am - 4:30pm). May be scheduled between the hours of 7:00am-9:00pm & Saturdays rotations 8:00am-4:00pm for backup coverage. Requirements Medical management experienceExcellent customer service skillsWilling to work flexible hoursWillingness to travel site to siteStrong computer and phones skills ( Microsoft ~ outlook,excel,word )Knowledge of medical office proceduresAbility to analyze dataEducationManagement degree preferredAssociates degree or completion of an office management training program with customer service management experienceExperience2-3 years minimum in leadership role2-3 years minimum in a healthcare-related office setting or field preferred
