Responsibilities: Review plans & shop drawings for compliance with construction documents & QC Guidelines. Inspect all installations on project assigned for compliance with QC checklists and construction documents. Coordinate & advise Superintendent/Project Manager for items out of compliance. Maintain positive communication with office, owner, design teams and inspectors. Create and/or assist Project Manager in generating RFIs as needed with possible solution recommendations. Assist Superintendent as needed to ensure work is always supervised.

Requirements: High school education and a minimum of 3 to 10 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess strong knowledge of all facets in construction. OSHA 10-hour certification and ability to use Procore Software preferred.
