80748 Zurich is currently looking for a TPA Service Manager to work out of any our North American offices.

This position will be r esponsible for ensuring Third Party Administrators follow Business Unit and Global Claims governance policies. Develops and implements processes, procedures and controls for managing unbundled business. Is additionally responsible for controlling and mitigating Zurichs financial, regulatory and brand exposure as a result of Third Party Administrators' handling of unbundled claims. Ensures the function is fully compliant with regulatory requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelors Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Claims or Operations area

OR

* High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 or more years of experience in the Claims or Operations area

OR

* Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Claims or Operations area

AND

* Knowledge of Third Party Administrators (TPAs)

* Experience developing and maintaining relationships with external and internal stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

* Insurance industry experience

* Experience with claims regulatory issues

* Claims handling experience

* Strong influential, verbal and written communication skills

* Experience collaborating across work groups

* Accident & Health experience
