Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. CPA or CMA certification a plus. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a senior accounting role with a focus on financial reporting and analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Oracle NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
