Were recruiting for a Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our Operational Support Control Room team. This role is based near Bicester and will require you to be in the office. You will need to hold a driving license and have access to a vehicle to be able to access our office location. As a Logistics Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring that all deliveries to our 43 work sites are managed in line with the requirements set by HS2. You will monitor and report on Supply Chain performance and will be liaising with suppliers, hauliers, and drivers. Using a state-of-the-art bespoke software system, you will implement policies and processes to ensure an effective and efficient delivery of supplies whilst concurrently educating staff with industry concepts, practices and procedures. The role will require you to update policies and processes when required and maintain records, proving that all deliveries are compliant with regulations. Working from an office in Bicester the role is varied and rewarding. Occasional visits to other HS2 locations and supplier offices will be required periodically. About Us EKFB is a joint venture that brings together international, market leading expertise from four leading civil engineering and construction companies: Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial Construction and BAM Nuttall. All four partners have specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing, and maintenance of railway networks, including the construction of one of Europes latest high speed rail projects. EKFB is proud to have been appointed by HS2 to deliver civil engineering works across an 80km section of the new high speed rail link between the Chiltern Tunnel and Long Itchington Wood. Our scope of the works includes 15 viaducts, 5km of green tunnels, 22km of road diversions, 67 overbridges and around 30 million cubic metres of excavation.
